CASING
It is also called the BLACK EDITION, which explains why the product is in a simple velvety black casing with the product’s name printed on it ~ SWANICOCO – SHOW THE VELVET LIPSTICK.
You need to twist in order to open the lipstick, hence you need not worry about staining your belongings because the case is pretty secured – so it is safe for travelling (and also to prevent wastage).
COLOUR
SHOW THE VELVET LIPSTICK comes in three (3) colours (Pink Blossom, Shine Orange and Juliet Red) and I received Juliet Red – bright and bold red with a hint of orange (the other two (2) colours will be coming soon) from 50Gram. When I saw the lipstick, I was pretty shocked to see such a bright shade. Initially I was worry that I cannot carry the shade well but hey, I think I look pretty fine 🙂

The main ingredients of Swanicoco’s cosmetics are either extracted from Korean natural plants; patented ingredients from Europe, including France, which leads the global cosmetics ingredients market; or organically certified ingredients from the United States and Australia. VERDICT
The creamy lipstick glides easily; in order to achieve an everyday look, just dab it on the lips and smudge with fingertips for a gradient look (as my lips are uneven, so the full-lips application does not suit me well).
I have sensitive lips, so it is my concern that my lips will have sensitive reaction (once I put on a lipstick and next day my lips chapped and areas around my lips turned red as though it is swollen) but I am glad that Swanicoco lives up to its name – my lips remains normal after removal 🙂
After several hours of application, the colour maintains a little on my lips – so it is pretty long lasting.
What I like about the product is that I feel comfortable, it is so lightweight that I feel that I am putting on nothing. My lips did not feel dry throughout that few hours too 🙂
It is not exactly kiss-proof. So, beware :p
Removal was not that easy though. There was some stains left although I removed it with makeup remover 😦
